If you are like me and are trying to hit as many of the Club Carlson property promotions as possible, check out their 30% off sale. I received this email yesterday and used the rate to rebook a reservation at significantly less than it originally went for. This goes for all property types (but not all locations)–Radisson, Country Inn and Suites, Park Inn, and Park Plaza–the one property still with an open promotion.
Keri and I took advantage of the Radisson during the MegaDo, and recently puzzled a Country Inn and Suites clerk by checking into two hotel rooms with no luggage, then leaving.
(A massive storm hit immediately after, and we were trapped in a Big Lots. We made it out alive and secured many deals while waiting out the storm).
I just wanted to give a shout out to reader Tiff C., mother-traveler extraordinaire, who hit all four properties. The Park Inn’s promotion was unfortunately at 15,000 miles once she hit it, so she didn’t get all the miles, sadly. But I couldn’t make it to a Park Inn myself, so I commend her for getting all four! Hats off to you.
