Amazon’s Deal of the Day is on luggage and other travel items.

The timing was perfect for me.  I just busted the wheel on my carry-on bag and was hoping to find a good, cheap spinner.

So I went in for this one, priced at just $39:

I like the clam-shell style of these bags.  It helps me to pack things neater versus shoving my clothes into a top-zipper bag.

The strange part of this sale is that many of the bags say “multiple colors avaliable,” making it sound like multiple colors are on sale.  But it looks like it’s mostly the pictured color on sale.  The purple one, for example, was the only color I found this pricing for above.

I’m not looking to invest a lot in luggage right now, so I skipped these nicer bags.  However, it makes me wish I was ready to pull the trigger on a more expensive set!  (My main suitcases are in fine shape.  It’s just my carry-on that bit the dust).
