I had mentioned before that I use Lot18 for its great sales and free credit. If you signed up when I last wrote about Lot18, you probably got a $15 credit the day after Christmas.
If you go to their end of year sale, a lot of states have wine available that’s around $8. If you use your $15 credit on it, that’s $6 shipped (and if you were lucky enough to get the $25 credit they randomly give out to people instead of the $15, that is free, shipped).
My pick for those in California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming is the 2006 Sans Permis Etoile Filante Santa Maria Viognier.
This wine is usually about $28 a bottle but is marked down to $8.50. I bought this in the last Lot18 sale for $12.99, so this is even more of a deal! If you have $15 credit, the year end sale will make this wine $6.58 shipped. I’m going in for a few bottles, past my credit amount.
I would act quickly on this. Their cheaper wines tend to sell out fast–probably from people taking advantage of these sales compounded with the credit.
For those who didn’t get Lot18 the last time I wrote about it, Lot18 is a wine store. Occasionally, they give you promotional credit. This promotional credit applies to shipping. So, whenever I get some promotional credit, I make sure to use it rather than let it go to waste.
Like by getting a bottle of Californian Viogier for $0.98, shipped, last time they had a sale.
Sign up and wait around for the promotions. This is definitely a longer-term deal. I order a few times a year, but whenever I do, it is a fantastic deal. If you use my link, you can start with $10 credit (but disclaimer, it will also give me a credit–that I can use to get more wine).
