Nothing says Halloween like lollipops and … trash bags?

Right now, you can get a 300 count Dum-Dums Lollipops ($15.99) at Kmart for free-ish after a 100% rebate.  I say free-ish because the money isn’t paid out to your Paypal account the way the Walmart deals I’ve posted have been.  You get the rebate in the form of points (Shop Your Way points) you can spend at Sears or Kmart.
