A “Cheap”  Way to Fly Etihad First,  Inflight Medical Emergencies,  and Earn 20 points/$1 on Donations

Did you know there’s a way to try the Etihad A380 first class product without going broke?

Travel Update has a trick for getting a ticket in first for “cheap”.  I put cheap in quotations because spending over a thousand dollars (gbp)  on a ticket is still really expensive, but much cheaper than you’d expect.

The author laments that it would be difficult to do the coach legs you’d have to add on to get this “deal”  but Etihad coach in the A380 was the nicest coach experience I’ve had in my life.

So what does a medical emergency look like in the air from the flight attendant’s perspective?

Now you can find out from this personal account.   It’s an interesting read and the names/specifics have been changed to maintain privacy.

I nearly had my own medical emergency in air once (over the Pacific!)
