Getting frustrated at it?
I was trying to change seats on a flight not affected by the storm and decided to try the mobile site.
You won’t be able to rebook a flight there, but I don’t recommend rebooking a flight on their website anyway. I’ve seen some strange things happen. (During a winter advisory, it was trying to charge someone I knew $500 to switch their flight even though it was supposed to be free). I recommend calling or speaking to someone in person at the airport.
