I posted earlier about the Buy-One-Get-One sale that Radisson is having. I pointed out that I usually like to change the rate of my Radisson room as sales happen (because those sales are frequent). With the BOGO sale, you have to book by October 31st, and you cannot change your rate after that.
For people doing last minute bookings, Club Carlson has announced a 35% off two nights sale.
Since this deal requires two nights, you cannot just stay at a property “just because” at a low rate, and use your certificate at a more expensive property. But if you were planning travel in 2012 already, you can use this to give yourself a free trip in the future! Not all properties are included, but I did spot some locations I’m potentially interested in.
Also, if you already booked a two-night stay, you can use this to increase your savings. This is what Tiff and I did on our trip to the Mall of America. We just kept waiting for better and better deals and changed our rates as they happened.
