This just came up on my lightning deal list. The Clever BoostCube Universal 40W 4 Port USB Wall Charger with SmartID Tech and Foldable Plug is on sale for about two more hours for only $15.
What’s cool about this model is that it has the “SmartID Tech” feature, which means it can tell what sort of device is plugged in. Â This makes it compatible with higher-powered devices, like iPads.
The 4 Port USB wall charge I’m currently using does not have this technology, and it won’t charge my iPad if it drops under 30%.  Which stinks.  (It’ll technically charge a tiny bit while saying “not charging”).
This model can deliver the 2.4 amps that the iPad needs to charge properly.
While hotels are getting much better about having enough outlets, I still keep finding myself having to charge my electronics in the bathroom pretty often.  This helps prevent that.
Its sale price of $19.99 is marked down even further to $14.99, but don’t believe the “$69.99” as  realistic original price.
