This service is normally $40 per year.  I’m a current subscriber to this service.  There’s a few things about it that have been awesome as a traveler.

1. Free UPS SurePost Upgrades–your packages will get to you faster, so if you need something before you leave, your shipping time will be shorter than usual.
2. Free deliveries on another day–if your package is coming before you are back home, you can have them deliver it the next day.  You’ll be able to see all the packages that are coming to you in a calendar.
3. Get deliveries to another address–I’ve been able to redirect packages to my hotel before, which has been great.

$4 for 4-months is a great deal.  Just make sure you leave yourself a calendar reminder for when the renewal is happening if you don’t think you want to continue.  (You can also turn of auto-renewal right away).
