In the category of things I CANNOT MAKE UP IN MY WILDEST DREAMS, Jamie Lee Curtis cosplayed as a World of Warcraft Orc Shaman at AwesomeCon last weekend in DC.
She joined her son, an Orc Warrior.
While I’m personally Alliance and not Horde, I’ll still allow the awesomeness of this. Â (How appropriate–to be awesome, at AwesomeCon). Â I sadly (but also not sadly) had to miss AwesomeCon because of a family event (which in itself was awesome), and wish I could have witnessed this in person!
Jamie Lee Curtis joins the ranks of other celebrities who have admitted their WoW obsessions: Chuck Norris, Dave Chappelle, Elijah Wood, Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel, Macauley Culkin, Mila Kunis, Mr T, Natalie Portman, Vin Diesel, and William Shatner. Â (Hodor also plays!)
Here are some shots of her in action this past weekend:

For those who don’t know what Leeroy Jenkins is referencing, please watch this awesome video.
As for me, if I tried to cosplay as my main, I’d just end up being this guy.
