Come to the Next DC Frequent Traveler / Travel Enthusiast Meet-Up December 12th

Just a reminder that the next DC travel meet-up is in a few weeks.  Ed and I can’t wait to see you guys there!

Meet up with two of Boarding Area’s bloggers–Le Chic Geek aka Jeanne, and Pizza in Motion aka Ed.

We’ll be hanging out at a bar in Clarendon with a happy hour until 8pm.

Come to ask for travel advice.  Come to meet other travelers.  Or just come to check out Mad Rose’s whiskey collection.

This is sure to be a great evening, just like the last few, and we look forward to seeing you there!

You can register for it here.

It will be December 12th, from 6-9pm at the Mad Rose Tavern in Clarendon, VA.  As per ush, we’ll have happy hour until 8pm for everyone!

We’re experimenting with having two new things:

  1. PRIZES
  2. An information session

1. Prizes

People who register ahead of time will have the chance to win a prize on site.  More details coming!

2. Information Session

We’re experimenting with doing a Q&A session halfway through and answer all your questions.  It’s totally optional–and drinking will continue during it (by mandate of Jeanne!)   I’ll probably have a glass of wine up there, myself.  Or whiskey.  This bar has good whiskey.

Anyway, thank you to everyone who has attended in the past, and thank you so much to everyone who has flown out to this event.  I know I can speak for both Ed and myself when I say we are touched!

Can’t wait to see you at the next #GeekyPizza!
