Steep Discounts on Mass Effect Trilogy ($12), GTA4( $6), WoW ($5), Dragon Age: Inquisition & More

Whelp.  Today is the day I go broke on video games.  While last week’s video game deals were a bunch of great classics, this week there are steep discounts on more modern games.
World of Warcraft – $4.99
(ALL expansions plus 30 days free)
World of Warcraft asks you to create an alter-ego based on fantastic creatures and classes as you quest, fight and explore in Azeroth, the fantasy setting for the game. This game is loved by celebrities, include Jamie Lee Curtis.  The incredible volume of content is impressive. There’s something to do wherever you go (in fact some complain that there’s too much to do and that it is overwhelming for that reason).

BioShock 2 – $3.99
Set 8 years after the events of the initial game, BioShock 2 follows Subject Delta, a prototype Big Daddy brought back to life and sent on a quest to recover the Little Sister he was bonded to prior to his death, Eleanor, from the clutches of the new leader of Rapture, Sofia Lamb.

Bioshock Infinite – $7.49
BioShock Infinite is a first person shooter where players assume the role of former Pinkerton agent Booker DeWitt who is sent to the flying city of Columbia on a rescue mission to save Elizabeth, who has been imprisoned since childhood.

Grand Theft Auto IV: Complete – $6
When a young street hustler, a retired bank robber and a terrifying psychopath find themselves entangled with some of the most frightening and deranged elements of the criminal underworld, the U.S. government and the entertainment industry, they must pull off a series of dangerous heists to survive in a ruthless city in which they can trust nobody, least of all each other.

Mass Effect Trilogy – $12
As Commander Shepard, rise to become the galaxy’s most elite soldier and lead an all-out war to stop an ancient and ruthless enemy: the Reapers. With over 75 hours of content and more than 300 awards, one of gaming’s most acclaimed franchises is available for the first time in a premium foiled box set.

Call of Duty: Black Ops III – Standard Edition – $35.99
Call of Duty: Black Ops  will take you to conflicts across the globe, as elite black ops forces fight in the deniable operations and secret wars that occur under the veil of the cold war.

Dragon Age: Inquisition – Game of the Year Edition – $20
Dragon Age: Inquisition is BioWare’s third installment in the Dragon Age series, continuing the journey throughout the medieval-themed continent of Thedas, introduced in Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon Age II.

  1. I love that you posted about this. Owe you a beer. I don’t know if the travel geek/video game nerd thing cross pollinate too much but honestly, we contain multitudes and I’m glad you alerted me to this.

Glad you like this sort of deal. I’ll continuing posting things like this that I see then!

I think getting travel deals uses the same part of my brain that gaming uses, so maybe there’s even more crossover.

  2. Deal is already dead it appears….bummer

Darn. This was the first time I saw the ME trilogy that low. WoW usually drops the price of expansions around Thanksgiving for Black Friday, so maybe they’ll continue having sales before then.

      Bioshock 1 & 2 I see for cheap sometimes.
